Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully pack your RevAir device and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
