What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the 'Own It, Love It' Guarantee?
We want you to love your results. If you are not satisfied with your RevAir, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Does the device come with a warranty?
Every RevAir device comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. You can also purchase an extended warranty at the time of checkout.
Can I use RevAir on wet or damp hair?
RevAir is designed to be used on freshly washed, towel-dried hair. It should not be used on hair that is soaking wet or dripping, nor should it be used on hair that is already completely dry.
